Our friendly team can always help you with any questions you may have, or with submitting applications.
Assistance programs in Hinsdale County are managed by the Gunnison Public Health office and our Mineral County assistance programs are managed by the Rio Grande Public Health Office.
In Mineral County, you can make an appointment to meet with DHS Representatives on the first Tuesday of every month between 1 pm - 3 pm.
